Finally got time to install this shower system, could be installed both indoor and outdoor.
Nice packaging, after open the box, was surprised to see how solid the material it is, heavy weight tells you the solid construction of this item.
Looks very modern, after installed by my pool side, got quite few compliments about the look and design.
I am very glad having this shower added to my pool, beautiful and useful!

☆☆☆☆☆ Nice Additional Item Added to My Backyard Pool Area Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2023 We remodeled our backyard and needed an outside shower by the pool. Found this free-standing shower pole on Amazon.
The suppler/manufacture appears to be learning the American market. They need better quality shipping containers that are up to USA standards. I needed to return 1 item then I needed to have damaged parts replaced for the 2nd item. The overall item is really nice, it was a little frustrating that the item were coming damaged or had missing parts. The best part was there customer service was on point. When I brought a concern to the table they addressed it ASAP!. No matter what the concern they were on it in 24 hours or less and would Fed-ex items to me as needed. I had my frustrations with this item but now it works great, looks amazing and added that cool feature to our pool area. Again there customer service saved what could have beed a bad review. I would recommend this item and suggest you have a plumber install it.

I ordered this shower head unit for the outdoor shower I am building. It's perfect because it has a sleek design and is all stainless steel, so no concerns with it being out in the elements. I'm mounting it to a 6" x 6" deck post and had hoped I could remove the pose-able elbow and just install it as a single straight element. Unfortunately the elbow has the same style connection on both sides of it and the other 2 pieces can't be joined without it. All of the parts are beautifully made and fit together tightly giving it a nearly seamless appearance. I will need to add a back board to mount the horizontal section and provide a location for the plumbing to connect, but it will still give the minimalist look I want. This is a very clean looking, well made shower unit and worth every penny of the selling price.

Very well built. Heavy-duty used for coastal rental property. Easy to install with great customer service. I installed on a composite deck with SS lag bolts purchased separately. Great value.
